Be comfortable in your Authentic Now

Like with most things in life everything has a beginning, normally a middle and an ending.With this course you are going to start NOW, no matter whether you feel like you are in the beginning, middle or end part of what is going on in your life.  Becoming more aware of the present moment, whatever that moment may be, is vital to connecting with and maintaining your Authentic Smile.  All the time you are living too much in your past or in the future you are missing out on connecting with all that is happening now, all that you are feeling now.  Living as much of your life in the present gives you more space to concentrate on who you are NOW, not who you were or who you might be.  Who you are Now is the person you need to love, accept and respect.  

You can learn to look to your past or visualise your future whilst remaining very grounded in the Now.  Your past can become your experiences but not your whole story.Letting go of old attachments and hurts is imperative for learning to live more fully present in your mind body and soul.  Bringing your focus into the Now instead of where or who you are wishing to be in the future can unleash more power to you to achieving your dreams.  All the time you are wishing about the future you are not necessarily taking action in the Now to make it happen.


I invite you this month to embrace living more present in the Now, by letting go of some past hurts and actioning on future wishes.

For this course to truly work, you cannot just read the material and "understand" it.  YOU have to participate.  It is an interactive journey to the authentic truth you hold within.  There is only one person who takes the main stage in your life and that is you.  You can have all the backing singers, band members and groupies all around you but if you do not get up on that centre stage then how will YOU shine and show us just how awesome and authentic you really are?

By participating in this course it will certainly plant some seeds, but for those seeds to grow and evolve then some of your time, effort and especially commitment will be required.
